Two months ago, I got a problem with my external HardDisk (1.5 TB Bullfalo) and I went to a computer repair shop at 將軍澳廣場. The shop owner has the same surname of the richest man in Hong Kong and seemed to be 懵懵地樣. However, he acutally is 面懵心精. I told him that my HardDisk could not recognized by computer but could still play at my TV by plugging into the USB slot of my TV. The shop owner critized Buffalo was poor manufacturer and broke the plastic case of the HardDisk immediately and said he could recovery the HardDisk by copying all the files into a new HardDisk and could then format my damaged HardDisk and so I could have 2 HardDisk to use.
My HardDisk for repairing had 1TB movies and cartoons and all are 驚典 like whole series of Gundom, Dragon Ball Whole Series, Star Wars Episode 1-6 and so on.
I verily believed him and returned to the shop after ten days. The PK Shop Owner Lee who said that the files are recovered with 700 G in a new 2TB Seagate HardDisk. I thought that was better than total in lost and I sincerely thank him. He showed me a Reovery Folder with 700G and all the files changed names into File 1, 2, 3 and so on. PK Lee the reparing shop owner told me that the file names and formats would be changed after repairing by his software and the format of all cartoon and movie files are SWF. He asked me to try the files later at home. Then I asked how about my orignal Buffalo Harddisk for which PK Lee had broken the plastic case and ought to have a new case. PK Lee put the Buffalo Harddisk into a blank case (charged me $200 for the new case). I said that I could watched the films in TV after he put a new case for my original Buffalo Harddisk. However the PK Lee suggested me that all the Watching Files and Photos should be recovered in the 700G and the remaining files should all be damged and formatted my original Harddisk at once. I verily believeed him and so let him formatted my Original HardDisk. PK Lee said he done the works in extremely diffcult and charged me $2,200. $1000 for Repairing Service Charge, $1000 for the new Segate Harddisk and $200 for the case for Original HardDisk plus service charge for formatting the HardDisk.
It so unluckily that I have been cheated by PK Lee of computer repairing shop at 將軍澳廣場. All the files could not be opened no matter I tried to download many softwares and all the files could not be converted. Many of my friends tried to open or convert files for me and some of them had many purchased licensed software but still nothing could be worked.
I copied some files in a DVD to chase PK Lee to tried to open it since he could not do his repairing works for me. All the 700G files could not be opened, I really suffered total lost and cheated $2200 by PK Lee. The PK Lee said that he would try and asked me to left the DVD disk. Two weeks later, I visited PK Lee's shop again but he said no means to open the file. I believed that he has never tried to open my DVD disk. PK Lee asked me to bring the HardDisk to him and he would tried to do it with some Professionals, I did believe this PK and got back my DVD disk and left the shop.
When I went back home, I met a neighour who saw my face was unhappy and asked me what happened. I told him PK Lee's incident. My neighbour told me that his computer could not opened the DOS in earlier of this year, since he saved many photos of his children in the intalled HardDisk of the computer. He brought the computer to PK Lee's shop, PK Lee also got his installed Harddisk out immediately and said he tried to read the Harddisk whether it could work or not. If the Harddisk could not work, he advised my neighbour to install a New Computer from him and he would excluded the fee for reparing of his computer or checking the disk. He then said to my neigbour that the installed harddisk could not be recovered and asked my neigbour to install a new computer (without monitor and nothing), only one computer and charged him $3500. Luckily my neigbour had not disposed the harddisk and I put it into a harddisk case and tried to read it in his compueter and all the date could be read and later he went to another computer shop at Sheung Tak Centre and found out that the only problem of his old computer was damages of the 火牛 but PK Lee cheated him to buy a new computer (being installed by PK Lee and no brand name) with DOS XP only.
So, all the brothers and sisters ought to be careful with PK Lee who looks 懵懵地 but 非常貪錢而已正無良PK奸商. |
