[Windows] My window cannot display chinese

I just formatted my laptop but after i installed some chinese software, the window cannot show chinese characters.
However, i still can read chinese from internet. That's the weird thing because i already installed the chinese language using the window xp cd. Last time still working but this time dont know why got problem.

Can anyone help me???

去Control Panel->Date, Time, Language and Regional Options->Regional and Language Options->Languges tab->看有没有勾Install files for East Asian languages ->如果没有就打勾按 apply (要用回安装视窗的光碟安装)

WINDOW XP本身的中文输入!

去Control Panel->Date, Time, Language and Regional Options->Regional and Language Options->Languges tab->details->Add...->Input language->Chinese (PRC)->Keyboard layout/IME: Microsoft Pinyin IME 3.0 or Quan Pin
