I lived in Sydney Australia for over 25 years, and I have never hear Aussie refer lunch as Yum Cha, when they say Yum Cha, they refer exactly that, Yum Cha.
If they are going to a foodcourt to have lunch, or a steak house to have lunch, I have never hear Aussie refer it as Yum Cha.
chinglish....

Chingish refer to Chinese way to write English. It is meant to be English.

These are Chinese words orginated from English, these is already Chinese.

Maybe called it Englinese.
