Sure, Vista will works fine because cracked software works just like registered/licensed software that you bought but my advise is backup the registry and create a system restore point before installing any programs.

Yes, since Vista even does not work with many softwares that promised and sold as Vista compatible, you should try out the cracked onces before you buy the official ones.  Sometimes the official ones do not work but the cracked ones work perfectly, very strange, very strange ......
