求助! iphone連不到電腦!

求助! iphone連不到電腦!

用緊 :iphone 4s, winxp (sp3)

用usb 插入電時, 找到新硬體 iphone, 但安裝driver 時出現問題, 安裝不到, 在裝置管理員, 看到 Apple Mobile Device USB Driver 出現黃色感嘆號

試過跟 http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538?viewlocale=zh_TW , 去解決, 都唔成功, 失敗 code 37 <---有無人知點解決?

我試過將 itunes uninstall 過再試, 都係唔成功

簡單來說...應該關 Apple Mobile Device USB Driver 事....

Control panel->Uninstall iTune & Apple mobile device support

PC USB 插住 iPhone->Device manager->Mouse right click "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver"->內容->驅動程式->解除步安裝->拔走 iPhone->Restart Windows->Install iTune->插入 iPhone (試插叧一 USB port)

試過都係唔得, 問題應該出係 install 那個 "apple mobile device USB driver" 處, 每次都 install 唔到....error code:37

Try this:

Open regedit then navigte to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\setup

on the right panel change SystemSetupInProgress, AuditInProgress and FactoryPreInstallInProgress form (1) to (0)

Restart your machine and try again.

Hope this solution can solve your problem.

have you tried plugging into another computer? This will at least narrow down whether it's your phone / computer problem.
