【劇情簡介】

這些古老的故事我們已經爛熟於心：亞瑟王、石中劍、圓桌騎士……而這一個個傳奇又是怎樣鑄成的呢?其中的關鍵人物便是大名鼎鼎的魔法師、預言家—— Merlin。這一次沒有仙風道骨的白髮長髯，製作了Doctor Who、Life on Mars等佳作的BBC Wales把我們帶到了傳奇魔法師Merlin不為人知的青年時代。這部十三集的魔幻作品將故事設定在了古城Camelot，在這個魔法世界中暴君Uther禁止人們使用法術。年輕的Merlin儘管已經掌握了魔法但卻只能將其作為秘密隱藏起來，血氣方剛的他來到Camelot磨礪自己，在這裡他遇見了還是王子的Arthur，Merlin也許永遠想不到這正是日後他輔佐成君的主人，兩個年輕人由磕磕絆絆到密不可分，一同攜手抗敵，走上了自己的宿命之路，成就了中古神話的一段傳奇。
