FIRST CHECK UR USB PORT WORK?
THEN REINSTALL THE DRIVER..
IF CANNOT,THE WINDOWS HAS PROBLEM.
FORMAT LA!!!

see through lots of webcam post. i think the XP SP3 got collision with the webcam. Not the USB. I am having the same problem. Any idea?
