Hello ChowOld, these are price per kilogram, around 2.2lb.  $11.9 per kilo for snapper is a very good price, Salmon is even dearer.  And you can't buy fish from a tank (except when the tank is filled with ice.), so you see how lucky for those of you live in HK and the States.

I dont eat crab in shell, especially chilli crab that's so famous here in Sin/Malaysia.  Too messy for me.0 W2 X% E9 Y; K  I
Maryland crabcake is good, but too much will give me allergy.
