I use cable instead of WIFI, and the upload rate put it down to 30.Now this is faster and more steady.

上传大概开网路速度的80%# p9 A% e# k0 o% ?4 R  d
因为BT是你用多少，就要传多少

你先去测速吧。看看你的连接速度是否正常。如果正常就是setting问题。
