蘿蔔2條(去皮，切塊)，橙2個(去皮，去籽)，開水300毫升，蜜糖2湯匙

1. 將蘿蔔和橙肉同放入果汁機中，加入開水打勻成汁，濾除蔬果渣，倒入杯中，加入蜜糖調味，即可飲用。

METHOD

1. Place the carrots and oranges into a blender. Add water to blend until smooth. Strain the juice to
