火龍果1個 (去皮，切塊)，香蕉2條 (剝皮，切段)，溫水300毫升，蜜糖1 1/2湯匙tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 s: X5 h/ h# k! h. J
# b! @% K' g- x) I3 L5 r! e
做法：
1. 將火龍果和香蕉同放入果汁機中，加入溫水打勻成汁，倒入杯中，加入蜜糖調味，即可飲用。

INGREDIENTS
1 dragon fruit (peeled, cut into chunks), 2 bananas (peeled, sliced), 300ml warm water, 1 1/2 tbsps honey$ O1 L0 }1 y3 S7 T9 H) j T' j5 o
