Northwest Angle 是美國 Continental USA 最北之處，雖說是 Continental USA 的一部份，實際上卻並無跟美國國土直接連結，反而是跟加拿大國土連結。0 T+ N( \# K* Z: I/ s2 b( o' g* w. L S

Northwest Angle 是當初美國與加拿大畫國界時，因為 Map Maker 的錯誤而產生的，因此多出了這一塊特別的地區。

Northwest Angle 約319平方公里(不含湖水地)，約有一百多個居民。0 `/ ~5 p0 c3 E% E- |

有趣的是，在 Angle ，美國與加拿大分界處並沒有欄杆，牆，或 check point，只有一個無人看守的 Border Crossing 小屋(圖七)，可以來去自如。

hahahha, love the different methods of going past checkpoints as shared.... looking at the pictures, it seems like the place is filled with forest mainly with very little inhabitants. especially love the photo where there are lots of snowman, cute!
