U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s. ) K7 M$ _) U; x' ^) W # c8 H. K) T; `1 J- U( |! v9 uTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。If it is KB/s then it is decent. % w" w" x# P: [; otvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 }2 V- R; e% S4 }1 l8 R( e
If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent. + W$ E% }0 S. c7 k' X9 Y% ?& etvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- m5 p4 M6 X+ m0 X
However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6. i, ]) z8 l: R; ]: }2 ]$ l
