平靜的郊區分別發生了殺人案件和失踪案件，相同的犯案手法被指犯下兩宗罪行的為一個男人，他就是失踪者的雙胞胎哥哥李東植(申河均)，僅僅是因為平時品行不端而被認定為是嫌疑人的東植在洗清嫌疑後，為了不再蒙冤，而選擇成為了一名警察。因為不管多麼痞子流氓，大家都不會把警察冤枉成犯人。那之後，重案組刑警的東植身心都受了重傷之後，回到了老家的派出所。不久後，居然發生了和 20 年前作案手法一模一樣的殺人案件過去重案組刑警都沒能抓住的那個怪物，區區一個地方派出所警察能抓住真兇嗎？
