- Diploma or Higher in Computer Science / IT
- Knowledge in MS SQL, PC Troubleshooting & Networking
- Knowledge in Point Of Sales or Accounting software will be an added advantage
- Possess excellent problem solving & analytical skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skill and customer friendly
- Good communication skill in English, Chinese & Malay
