The name 悉尼 has been used as the official name for Sydney for at least six to seven years now, when pronounced in Mandare in, it's a much closer translation of Sydney compare to 雪梨 . Just like the name Beijing instead of Peking for 北京 in English. Then there is the famous Sydney Opera House taken from the western side. ) Q4 A7 q; u6 x0 e0 V/ ^www3.tvboxnow.comFollowed by two photos of the snow fields at Perisher Valley, not much snow yet, give it another 4 to 5 weeks, then it would be right into the skiing season. Then we are heading north toward central coast up, about an hour and a half drive from Sydney, we get to the a place call The Entrance, a really nice spot, the ranger feed the Pelicans twice a day, quite an interesting sight. Great fish and chips shops, cafes, and restaurants. Nice fishing spot too. 3 n& |/ Z6 ]1 i- C) _( W& m
Here we are back to Sydney at the St Andrew's Cathedral, an Anglican church next to the Sydney townhall. 0 i" v5 x1 r/ n. s7 A公仔箱論壇The last one is specially for the shopaholics. The renovated Queen Victoria Building, there used to be an up market Chinese restaurant inside, but it's now turned into another shop.
