Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.公仔箱論壇5 [& }- {+ k2 U* j
Anyone have suggestion?????

It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
% {9 y3 T* L' }TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning softwaretvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2 O, M0 \- a' |5 N
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point  g0 g- S8 o# A5 S" K6 N! s
