U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent. www3.tvboxnow.com; A; ^$ Z( u9 G, K4 J* g# d5 u3 c

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.www3.tvboxnow.com+ ]& U& v( E* w' U! G

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.+ W6 @8 i" r+ j- H; X) f$ }% Q

You need to post your utorrent congfig here so we know your settings.公仔箱論壇& P+ F, G2 H- Q% [: ~ j: W

And are you using Vista or XP?
