迅雷的下载速度

我用迅雷下载1G的戏。可是速度很慢。一直都没有超过20kbps的。
& ~0 r6 E4 C! p6 z' w4 Z公仔箱論壇但是我发现有一小段时间，下载速度突然飙升到>100kbps。只是维持数10分钟就恢复原本的下载速度了。5 {; [" c8 `3 f* u- ]  [8 k3 o2 c
有哪位高手可以告诉我为什么吗？？

从上2个星期开始速度慢到。。。要死！公仔箱論壇, D/ {) s0 n/ |8 M- C
两个星期前下载速度还好好的，平均40KB上下。但是现在不到3KB的！！！

is streamyx block p2p ,i call aready ,he say is block because hong kong some campany compain..
