Canada is separated into two parts. One side speaks French like Quebec, which is the only province that predominantly speaks French and the other side speaks English. Plus where Kenneth comes from (Edmondton) they speak English not French. >.> Majority of Canada speaks English.

Yes, perhaps his English is not that good but this is after all a HK Chinese TV show, not an English show. People don't pick on whites or Indians in these TVB  shows who speak Cantonese and with a bit of accent, why pick on Chinese who cannot speak perfect English?
