“13歲的小女孩不可能懂得甚麼｀你情我願’，她也不懂得保護自己及分析性行為所帶來的嚴重後果。因此，該組認為社會有義務保護女孩，法律工作者也必須認真看待這種刻意的婚姻，避免讓強姦犯有機可乘，利用這種安排蹂躪女孩的尊嚴。＂
