Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.2 J( R7 O/ |: K' u
Anyone have suggestion?????

Do you know if your dvd burner support your dvd disc?

But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.

( M# k8 R, V9 ]% U, Q1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
; J4 W8 l& J1 mwww3.tvboxnow.com2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
3 N& E$ V' i' o2 m; Z! C+ Q  twww3.tvboxnow.com3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
: p; W4 A0 ?: ]! [4.) Wipe computer
