There can't possible be a way, the reason being the following:
0 d m! x. }* {* U' ~. B' o; keveryday the person being picked is randomly generated, that means for a person to have 99.99% chance of being picked that takes over 600 days
; l5 q/ m! N$ s3 ~# l0 N8 Olets just assume only 2 person in the entire group is the unlucky one, and that would case over 4 years of time just to get everybody out in the yard once
