U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent.

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.www3.tvboxnow.com# }% r. [5 c' W- C0 {7 L

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
