U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.公仔箱論壇4 \/ {/ W# L8 m; r, }

If it is KB/s then it is decent. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, U% _  S: _( G

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
