BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，www3.tvboxnow.com/ \7 u1 ^1 Q3 T9 S. O
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
' @+ Q5 N0 @+ J1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.www3.tvboxnow.com! W# z/ ?. _  _( a$ s
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.+ d$ O7 ?0 t3 w8 l+ s) J
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
( P  U, D8 Q6 j! ?! Rtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
