BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，% M. H9 p6 e8 A
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?( Z. U4 k3 ~3 {  `( G

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.3 l+ z: I5 ]7 N) P% q
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; d; M  g9 ~  `1 j
4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.
2 Y3 a# r4 S/ r- [9 t0 cI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇9 u2 u. ]  ?! S! c9 |; S

  Q. Y% t- b7 c, ?! x3 dtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
