BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。/ D8 [9 p- Q: B. z( h9 ]/ J9 o

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
2 }& ?* e+ u9 S8 G* a1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
- f5 v" {' H( s- {. B2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
