BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇! [0 r- |2 c, @
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
0 k$ q7 `  b6 ]1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
" l+ q1 B, f$ z2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
& G, S% {8 d/ m5 r: e; Kwww3.tvboxnow.com3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

I'm currently having the same problem.$ ^1 a. t. g+ l. B
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

4 h" }& N# R& o) C3 ~Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
