BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.  c" }/ r- n0 o7 E7 r5 K& N" e9 Z: D
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.www3.tvboxnow.com! y2 w( h9 L% [/ X. ^1 J# X2 [, f
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
& a4 i2 L3 a, b& G3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
  I( N# f7 _; @' m# }, _+ m公仔箱論壇I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
* {! G, ~( M7 ]( {$ E( i( {- ~- O# b: @7 H$ @' j
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
