BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
' o  S# q- k3 c! l$ D8 E! gwww3.tvboxnow.com1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.www3.tvboxnow.com( w6 D& O# Y8 l! `+ @$ M; O
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.www3.tvboxnow.com' n0 P9 J0 |; z! N' S1 u  E
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

! O& J2 x+ f( @2 oUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
- P; L7 {; A5 r% K' [6 Z) atvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。, o/ W  ^9 M) r% ^7 J( [/ M; v" N0 L
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 t6 `) g7 x, p" w$ n: S
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
