BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇5 t6 g7 v) g& f1 A* x, _
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
2 q; k. V# r7 R/ A' ywww3.tvboxnow.com1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.; c4 X5 X* }' o# s. p
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
' W4 c. L3 q' t( q0 x. q0 j9 swww3.tvboxnow.com3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
3 `8 i+ i* L) z, p1 I" w公仔箱論壇I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
