I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morningtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% [/ |6 W$ n) F& o2 @( j) w
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps公仔箱論壇& B5 [8 w6 O' p4 m+ u8 O

i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s
