I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morningtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; I3 G  X; I5 C9 w8 V6 h8 }
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps
1 z  W, t( n4 E* ~3 T+ m" Xtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s
