我發現,酸梅對於治打隔很有效喔

i think if you jz drink more water during that moment, small portion, little by little...tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; f* ]; ?' m" P, F
or you can try to hold your breath and try to inflate your abdomen( make your stomach bigger with mouth closed)公仔箱論壇2 w$ N' J- J" A
