The name 悉尼 has been used as the official name for Sydney for at least six to seven years now, when pronounced in Mandare in, it's a much closer translation of Sydney compare to 雪梨 . Just like the name Beijing instead of Peking for 北京 in English. However, in a Chinese restaurants, if you try to order a Beijing Duck, the waiter wouldn't know what you are trying to order though. www3.tvboxnow.com$ ^2 Q# h/ G: o& T" F

The first one is either from the Sydney Botanic Garden or at the Hyde Park, they are both very nice spots to relax and have a leisurely sunbake during the lunch break for many Sydneysiders.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ f) H- A, e. p$ w$ e& A" Y
Then there is the famous Sydney Opera House taken from the western side.

Great fish and chips shops, cafes, and restaurants. Nice fishing spot too.
