i think if you jz drink more water during that moment, small portion, little by little...
( u/ k) K* n- I0 L; i" Cor you can try to hold your breath and try to inflate your abdomen( make your stomach bigger with mouth closed)
* l2 f3 Y( Y2 I- b7 N7 l! Vi tried all above method and they helped....
