BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
: K! B9 P% Q- n- W' Htvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
+ {/ I0 G& r; N  Q" U: ?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
: u5 g! @* U  k; otvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' @8 M$ w7 O+ O# C+ n& Z8 _
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

0 {: t+ r& ?- `( yTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
