BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。! j! e3 j* v0 p- f1 }; v, |# E, s2 S1 v
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。! l. b* R3 G, i8 j+ L& j
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇% r3 P' G- L2 E! t( K  z) M- Z( o! U
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.0 f' w# y2 s" g( a' N6 r7 P: ~5 d, E, d
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1 J0 j( P4 ^) b& ?7 ~1 U' N) \
4) The version , you have is not good.4 A, Z8 ~( ~' x+ {
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
0 C3 {0 y) C# \& A公仔箱論壇I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. www3.tvboxnow.com! |, P7 y" K4 S

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
