the 'rock app' normally have a big warning saying that 'don't upgrade to OS4 yet, no jailbreak is available yet'.  But lately I have noticed that the banner is no longer showing, I guess the dev team has release or will release a jailbreak for the OS4 in the foreseeable future.  I wouldn't risk it until it comes out. :p
