in photoshop, just make a layer (A) on top of your photo, then create your trademark in layer (A) then go opacity >>50%>>done!

i got alot here... but dunno how to send to you... basically, you just goto google and search for " photoshop tutorial" it will come out alot... for me... i do it that way... when have something nice, i will bookmark it... :)
