anti pps!!!

我想在这里请教一下大家，关于pps这玩意儿，观看连续剧倒是很好用；但很吃线咧。。

我家的小妹就是成天沉迷于pps。。重点是我的网速被严重的摧残。。根本动都动不了。。

因此希望大家有好方法，让我在神不知鬼不觉的限制她的网速，好让在她观看的同时，我也能上网。。

this is for your sister setting, you can insert lower as you like:)

this is for your setting,depend on your internet speed you can adjust same as you have,the section of TCP Receive Window max number is 1073741823 after finish the change click Apply change>ok>reboot>done
