英國愛丁堡皇家植物園（RBGE）是一個科學中心，為研究植物，他們的多樣性及其保護，以及著名的旅遊景點。最初在1670年成立，作為一個物理的花園，種植藥用植物，今天它佔據四個地點橫跨蘇格蘭 - 愛丁堡，RBGE生活收集包括植物品種，超過13,302（34,422份）而植物標本館包含超過300萬標本。8 ^! ]4 O8 t: f- w. C6 G; y
