Me too, Since the tax in Alberta is lower than anywhere else and the strong economy of Calgary, more and more new immigrant would like settle down here rather than Vancouver,
And the fast expanding industrial provided numbers of job for the market

just read the news today Vancouver will have earthquake in 1xx yrs. i guess Vancouver still a good place to live.

Well, there's a big job market here in Calgary IF you are an oil related professional. You don't have to pay provincial tax but living expenses is way up higher than Vancouver. Except for property tax when comparing Metro Vancouver with Calgary.

Anywhere is the same.......It depends on many other factors to consider too,
such as your family structure,, your own career, your financial status.....MONEY !!!

Are you retired ?????

If you have kids, you've to consider of their education......Junior or High School or
University.........right.
