ISO file & VOB format video

i just downloaded a video file from tvbox and the size : 3.17gbwhen its completed, in the folder it has ISO format file, and the video is in VOB format.

it makes me hard to view the overall video because it separated into few small clips ( everytime i clicked the any single video clip, it need to extracted..)
what can i do??? help please..thanks

It should be decompress automatic if you installed those winzip,rar etc...Also,may play the vob files by some player like real player,km player etc....Or,you may install codec in to the
win media player.   regard.....

should i burn it to dvd then only copy it into the computer so that i can make it into avi. format?

the file automatically open in iso viewer which is already the file itself...im downloaded 7zip, but it open the file in the same way

Use Alcohol 120% to make a image and copy to hard disk
