I forgot the password and the secret Q&A,
so I have been unable to login for nearly half a year,
Yahoo Customer service had already ignore my request for help,
HK Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data said it has no
authority to help. Can anyone tell me whether Hong Kong Police can help me?
