Why got "口口口" appear on Screen???

Why got "口口口" appear on Screen??? How to fix it....Most Bt can't down load liao coz that .........plz help....TQ

maybe infected by virus , use kavo killer antivirus to scan and remove ...

Are you using English Version Window?
Go to control panel install the east Asia language pack
