Please help windows stop error 0x000000E7 during installation

i  am using windown xp pro now i try to reinstall the windown but during install the pc stop and give me this message any one please help i use dell dimension 8400 thank you

I have run chkdsk etc, but no luck.

Go into recovery, Run CHKDSK /F /R or try reformat your harddisk.
