and also every time they at parking bay request Push Back and Start, straight away TakeOff Clearance is also given, normally you approaching the runway/holding point then only the tower will give you the take off clearance, especially international airport.8 N! T, K6 R" Y& t: w. K/ X
I remember Issac replied : push back and start, take off. I was like ... wtf ?!

and also at the Episode that the Captain is conducting sim test to choose his co-pilot for the demo flight over Hong Kong city, they were doing circuit and landing, like racing , see who is the fastest to complete.
