Try splitjoin -> http://www.angusj.com/splitjoin/
start the program -> join tap -> on files to join click browse and pick the first file (usually name.avi.001) -> then save as click browse and pick the location you want to save -> finally click ok.

If that dont work, what's the file extension? ex. .exe, .com .rar....
