BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
( e6 l; z' T$ D" q* ?TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
4 V: m% q1 ^, u2 X4 F) [6 x1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.% K) n+ H8 P6 T4 ]; \+ y
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
7 X2 v5 g3 Z7 r% D9 I4 L9 Vwww3.tvboxnow.com3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

( H% K8 x; C% m9 P) a( [tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
+ c: F' ^; a! z9 t! ]公仔箱論壇I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
