It appears that the human is not correct to take the eggs. But if we think from the view point of those people, they may need the eggs to earn their livings or to feed their child. Without these eggs, they may not be able to have their bread.

I cannot say that they are right or wrong. So far if they can maintain the balance of the nature, then i think it is ok.
