I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morning8 N; r0 c- n; Y4 x5 D. w( y
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbpstvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- e6 Z/ k- g, @! G4 ?

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s
