U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.www3.tvboxnow.com7 X+ C5 E2 ~8 P8 X$ C: g5 @! m

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.公仔箱論壇  C) }# K/ j" P. [! o! l5 i

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
