I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morning

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/swww3.tvboxnow.com, n. y6 y; D/ x) M; N2 \. y
i have a quick download rate for non bt file

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s
