BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
6 N" A& S' e9 d: K1 nwww3.tvboxnow.com1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
- Z6 k$ ^6 W$ K0 ^* ^+ x& T2) not many people are down loading the same topic.: D+ _, B/ A$ D7 ]. b1 Q
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got., n9 t5 @/ r# m. F
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# i5 V6 S6 J1 X
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
