why i always have a red cross while i am downloading

i have read the forum.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. J$ p, _  j5 ^6 c# N
they say the "red cross" mean no space on your computer

+ l9 Y% w$ r! X8 ibut my harddisk is not full...how come it still doing that
