I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).

Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version公仔箱論壇( f% _( Y/ }& v6 Z5 |& t

- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.1 V' ~9 P/ F( M7 j: ?8 J
- Line completly clear.

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
