[記憶體] how to fully utilize 4gb ram in windows 7 32bit

I am using windows 7 32bit. My laptop has 4gb ram but it cant fully utilize all of them.  Anyone who know what is the solution?

upgrade OS need to pay right?
I heard that some software can let me utilize my ram i just not sure which one is that.

limitation of 32bit OS. If you really need fully detect 4gb by OS, u need to use 64bit OS/
